  • 2 light weight blankets.

  • Seventh generation disinfecting multi surface wipes.

  • 30gallon garbage bags- Mylar emergency blanket,

  •  Small water bottle.

  • Student’s name and address/ phone number

  • Parents home/ mobile/work numbers

  • Alternate local contact

  • Alternate out –of- state contact

  • Cheerful family photo.

  • Light blankets-2

  • Single twin sheets -2

 

Note: During the school year, please remember to replace any items used by your child so that we always have a clean dry set on hand.

Please put all the items in a plastic box with your child’s name on it.

​

During the school year, the teachers may request for additional supplies when supplies run low.
